I just saw on CNN about Mr. Jared Monti receiving the Medal of Honor. Upon flipping through the photos on CNN, I realized that Jared's father, Mr. Monti was my high school science teacher. Very sad.

    i just saw that a few min ago while flipping around the tv....a cable snapped as he was trying to get a wounded soldier into a helicopter during or after an attack and his dad is a retired teacher.
