Triple M Sydney played some Backspacer

Triple M Sydney just played a stack of songs off backspacer last night once at 7pm and then repeated again at 9pm. They then opened the lines to listeners...reaction was great.

Check out their webpage which has a stack of PJ links. There is a poll running on the home page on whether they are the greatest ever.

Another article titled "Big Mouth Strikes Again" where the prick from The Killers is dissing Pearl Jam. Good to know MMM are supporting our dudes.

    Yeah I thought this may be the case as they gave Fixer heaps of air.

    Ive been listening sporadically for the last month and they just play the same songs over and over again :roll:

    My Husband told me last night that he heard Supersonic on the radio...it was either on Nova or MMM. Haven't heard it on there myself yet...all I have heard is the Fixer, which Nova is playing the shit out of...which is AWESOME!! :mrgreen::mrgreen:

    Also asked at JB Hifi here in the city this arvo (thurs) and they said not selling till tomorrow

    Taking the fun out? If he is unfortunate not to have found any fun in Pearl Jam he obviously doesn't know them very well. We should feel sorry for him.

    Triple M Melbourne are having a "Pearl Jam day" tomorrow. They've been heavily advertising the fact,that they'll giving away concert tickets to coincide with the release of Backspacer, so I guess we'll be hearing songs off Backspacer on the radio tomorrow. The Killers suck, I bet they dont last as long as PJ have.

    true. what i also enjoy in this thread is how defensive people get when someone says something bad about PJ. who really gives a shit? you know what they mean to you. but why is someone wrong when their opinion is different from yours?

    the killers are a good band, i don't own any of their albums but enjoy some of their music. i'm not gonna stop listening cause the guy might have said something about pearl jam.
