How have people already heard Backspacer???

Why cant I get a copy of Backspacer? I see people, and not critics, who already talk about really the new ablum...how?

    references to buckets that don't hold water will get locky locky. i don't think anyone meant to be pricks but just search a little. (or look at the carnage of locked threads)
