Pearl Jam + Football

It's amazing how much is discussed when I go days without viewing the board, so sorry if this was mentioned...

I spent the weekend watching some football, college on Saturday and NFL on Sunday. Anyway, I noticed MULTIPLE times during halftime highlights or post game highlights that they would play the Fixer going into commercial...kinda like those last few highlights and leading into a break. I was actually studying while games were on and this definately caught my attention to turn to the television!

Im certain that on Saturday it was the ABC/ESPN coverage and on Sunday I THINK it was when I was watching Sunday Night Football on NBC.

    they usually play PJ @ Ranger games @ MSG during skating warmups

    That makes more sense, if it was Monday Night, than it was the same network that I heard Saturday ABC/ESPN...nonetheless, Pearl Jam is invading :D

    I think it was on the outro to a commercial Monday Night Football where I heard some chords from "The Fixer". Thought it was kinda cool, can`t wait to hear it live!

    I think espn and sportcenter love them some pearl jam...they are even quoting some lyrics to backspacer at times especially got some

    They've been playing both The Fixer and Got Some on late night Sportscenters for a couple weeks now. Last night in an intro to a bunch of highlights they actually posted a photo of PJ, listed the name of the song (The Fixer) and the album it's coming from.

    It's never a bad thing to be invaded by PJ
