How long before the whole album is played live?

Not at one show, obviously, but how long before we get live versions of each song? If my counting is right, it took 30 shows for S/T to get played (with Big Wave being the last).

We know that 3 have been played by the full band (Got Some, The Fixer, and Supersonic). How long will it take for the rest of the album to get played. There are only 22 shows once Backspacer is released.

My bet is that they will have played it all by the end of the Philly shows.
