First impressions:
Just as good as 09 with slight enhancments (like board play and 1st person fighting). The new fighting is no big deal, but shoving guys against the boards is great and comes into play often. They also added time to roughhouse after the whistle and give someone a taste of you glove, but most people did this anyway and all it does is give you more time to pick a fight. It would be a little better if they zoomed in on the scuffle and wasnt so sloppy looking. And it kind of gets a little annoying because you have to wait a little longer to drop the puck. One other thing I noticed when playing "locked into a position" on offense is the cpu's taking too long to get the puck into the offensive zone. Often, I have to skate back onside because the cpu is taking it's time to get over the blue line.

all in all, it is mostly just an enhanced version of 09 (which was pretty awesome)

Really wish I hadn't sold my Xbox...was really looking forward to this game.

This game is so great. The first thing I did was start a franchise with a fantasy draft as the Penguins. First game against the Rangers I'm down 2-0, come back to tie it up in the third and then give up a goal with less than a minute left. I get one last rush with about 20 seconds and I pulled the goalie (Leclaire) on the fly (which I have never done before) and scored a flailing backhander with Vermette with 4 seconds to go. I think it was my biggest rush in over 15 years of playing videogame hockey.

Of course I lost in OT but nothing mattered after that

haha I know how ya feel....almost same situation (playing as the Rangers)...down by 1 with a minute left and Gaborik slapped one in out of mid air ... it was pretty sweet.
