100 Backspacers in front of me....

1 hour ago...there I am walking through JBHI-FI in auckland, just checking that Backspacer will be there when they open for business friday morning (roughly 40 hours from now ;) )...and theyre putting up posters for it...so I ask..."hey, will they be in store for opening friday morning"...and he says with a smile on his face, "oh dude they're here already, 100 of them, just in there, can't sell them though, not allowed....".....HEARTBREAKER.... :cry: !!!!!!!!
And so the countdown begins....!!!!!! If only the 10c vinyl would arrive early....as they said so eloquently in The Castle..."TELL HIM HE"S DREAMING"...

    You should at least go and ask if you can smell what 100 copies of brand spankin' new Pearl Jam smells like...and maybe tastes like... ;)

    yay. i'm thinking i'll go see if slowboat has it first... if they don't, i'll go to Real Groovy. hmmmm... Friday morning activity!

    Love The Castle. My wife and I have seen it at least six or seven times. We live in Seattle, but we are good friends with some folks from Melbourne so we've quite a few good Aussie pics (we love Chopper and The Dish too). Actually our friend Eric starred in Chopper, which we think is pretty cool.

    Did you ask nicely? Tell the guy he should try it also, see what the albums from the best band in the world taste like.
