Does the Target vinyl have the same packaging as the 10C?

Just wondering if the in-store copies of the vinyl will have the same artwork and "extras" inside as the copies sent from the 10C. I'm planning on buying it from Target, but I don't want to miss out on anything!

    The Fixer single was identical. I don't see any reason the vinyl will change. We know tho that there are some differences in the CD... so who knows.
