commerce casino to universal city, LA CASINOS help

is it far drive from commerce casino to universal city where pearl jam is playing? i am looking to go to casino one day i am in la. i am staying at hilton in universal city. how far is commerce casino from there. and how far are other casinos from there like hollywood park, hustler, and oceans eleven and is there any more???

    Commerce Casino is in my part of the city.

    It'll take about 30 minutes to drive to Universal City, realistically if there is traffic.

    Hollywood Park is in Ingylhood and is further away.

    Commerce Casino is your best bet.
    I wish I was the 10Club holiday single, the one that never showed up...

    The Bicycle Club might be a little closer, but they are pretty close to each other. Depending on traffic into downtown L.A. you might be able to get to the Hustler Casino in Gardena faster. My choice, I would go to Commmerce, they spread the most games there.

    Dont go to Hustler or Crystal Park unless you like to feel unsafe. I would have to say the better card clubs are Commerce, and Hawaiian Gardens - the players at Commerce are a little more serious than HG, but Commerce has the most poker tables available, some pai gow, and some California BJ.

    If its slut machines or vegas style gambling you are looking for, theres tons of indian casinos. Commerce, HG, Bicycle, and the other card clubs are always filled with serious addict gamblers - so hopefully you been practicing your Po Po Poker Face. :D

    my girl might want to play slots, but slot is same anywhere pretty much. i think im going to commerce because i play poker serious and that the biggest room in world. how many mile is it from universal city, someone said it take 30 min with traffic, so is it like 20 mile away or something? and i forgot about hawaiian gardens, where abouts is that one located, do you know if they spread omaha hi lo? and is it closer than commerce?

    i think i will want to go to commmerce though since i know they have omaha hi lo games, and a bunch of rich loose asian players i hear?

    does anyone also know besides commerce, do the other casinos spread omaha hi lo limit games? and anyone in town spread plo8 cash games , i doubt it cause here in vegas they only have them during wsop, but anyone know?

    and what are the limits spread at commerce for omaha hi lo limit cash games? i usualy play 8/16 or 10/20 half kills here in vegas. im guessing only commerce spreads these games in LA?

    Its best to go to commerce if you are trying to save time. Its right off the freeway. And the bicycle club is disgusting-stay away! :lol: seriously. :?

    All of the local casinos only offer games where they are not the "house", so, they don't have slots, roulette, etc.

    The Indian Casinos offer blackjack, slots, poker and roulette (since shooting dice is illegal, the dealer turns over 2 cards, each from a stacks containing only aces thru sixes...very anti-climactic!) However, most of the Indian casinos are over 60 miles away from Universal. If you do want to go to an Indian casino, the Morongo is right next to a few outlet malls, in case you need to placate the girlfriend for a bit!

    Edit: There is also an outlet mall near the Commerce Casino, but most of the shops are on the tacky side!

    is it really a 45min drive 1 way from universal city to commerce????? or is that if there was brutal traffic??? i thought it take 15 or 20min by car, not 45 mins?? is this true?
