BACKSPACER REVIEW WEEK
Unthought Known, Amongst the Waves and Supersonic.
New Pearljam Staples, hope the band releases all singles to radio because these ones sound like this would bring the WORLD'S attention to this band again in a way that we all dreamed would happen again. This is it people...BACKSPACER is the one we all waited for again.

Got Some isn't a bad choice, but Amongst the Waves is it.

From what I have heard, I think Force of Nature will be a song that could potentially pull massive amounts of new fans into the wonderful world of PJ.
Guess we will have to wait and see when the album arrives!!! GOD, this couldnt come SLOWER!!!
These tunes are so short but so massively ecclectic it would prompt anyone to want to hear the whole album. It's such a scenic drive in such a short space of time. I wouldnt be surprised to hear any of these songs on mainstream radio (Fixer, Amongst the waves), and suprisingly they dont carry a whiff of commercial (like the kinda stink I get from Kings of Leon)
A real crowd pleaser. A brave attempt to make more fans? or is it a 'give them what they want' record? Maybe a bit of both.
Well i'm on 'Force of Nature' right now I cant honestly say I remember much of what's just been played, it's all so catchy I think I'm overwhelmed by the sheer ammount of stuff going on. The collection sparkles, which is a great indication that I'll be spinning it again (and again).
The end (strings like that, certainly validate stereo privacy!) .... whoa! It's over!
I think youre right about it being the best stuff they've done in years and it's so cohesive they must have made it fairly effortlessly. They've packed all their tricks from a lifetime of searching in to this album and intead of it sounding like a jar of cliche's, it rings like a celebration of why we'd all like more Pearl Jam on our toast.
This album is going to sound great live.
Mmmm, not really, live shows are already TOO crowded
...is it so wrong to think that love can keep us safe?
Ha! Just think of all the new 10c members starting the "I hate seniority" threads.
