PJ 10 & Wii RockBand 1

Heya peeps, im in a predicament and would like some help if its available...
O.K, so i recently got myself the Rock Band game for the Wii..the 1st Rock Band..NOT Rock Band 2 just Rock Band because #2 is not available in Aus..yet..and possibly never will be..from what i can tell..im sure ill find one from O/S on eBay one day..much easier said than done i have found out!!!
Anyways, i have been "Googling" my ass off to find out a few simple things and no where have i found an answer that is crystal clear to me..all the answers are half cocked and it is reeeeeally doing my head in, in a "and the barrel shakes aimed directly at my head" kind of way!!..
IS THERE SOMEONE HERE THAT CAN CLEARLY ANSWER THIS 1 QUESTIONS FOR ME..
PRRRRETTY PLEEEEEASE....
1. Can Wii console owners, that ONLY have Wii Rock Band 1... get the PJ 10 DLC from the Rock Band site or is it for Rock Band 2 owners ONLY?
I know i could probably just waaaaait it out until my Rock Band 1 game arrives, but i am having a party in 1 week and i need to make a decision on weather to forget about Rock Band all together and just go out and get Guitar Hero World Tour and all the other GH games avail for Wii ..for some reason i can get that game EVERYWHERE..but i had no option but to get Rock Band 1 online...Rock Band appealed to me more because of the Pearl Jam 10 DLC on the Rock Band site...grrrrrr HEADASPLODE!!! :evil:
A crystal clear answer would be much appreciated ..
