If you live in the L.A. area, was that an earthquake we just had about three minutes ago?

    i was driving home and was goig through an intersection and i thought i hit or something hit me...i didn't see any bodies in my rvm so figured i was hearing things.....again :D

    I also wondered what the hell it was. The two bangs in succession made me think of a sonic boom- but the one I heard the last time the shuttle landed here was louder and scarier. Thanks for telling us, Norm. I'm glad that's all it was.

    We haven't had a good shaker since late May. I was thinking that such an event might happen while we are also experiencing fires, to compound the misery.

    thats crazy! i talked to a friend that lives there. talked to him at noon and the last thing i said to him was watch out for the earthquake.
