Anyone out there craving a Canadian tour as much as I am? Just wanted to toss that out there!

  • no question. I have my doubts though. there's a show in Vancouver, with a contest that my local radio station is running to win a trip to see them there, so when that happens, it's hard to believe that they'll be coming across the nation anytime soon, if they do at all for this album.

  • I don't know but I got a funny feeling Spring 2010 is when PJ will be heading across the great white north

Hmmm, seems to me they are on tour. I wouldn't hold my breath for anything in 2010. Canada has had two shows already with a 3rd coming up so there is your Canadian Tour!

I would be shocked if they ever did a full Canadian tour again.

Vancouver- Toronto- Montreal is as good as it will get.

They will definetly come back in 2010..i dont think they have ever missed Toronto when promoting a new album. This past August doesnt count since the album wasnt released yet. The high demand for tickets in Toronto in August they could have sold out 2+ shows at the Molson Amp.

sadly, I agree. I was dismayed when Power 97 in Winnipeg announced a contest to see PJ in Vancouver. that meant they won't be coming here. I'm really hoping I win!

Eddie said at the Winnipeg show in 2005 how grateful he was to the crew and the band to put a tour like that together. imagine the work and cost of playing only about 12 shows, but covering 3000 miles. it's just not cost feasible.

If they go to Fargo again, I'll go there. 2003 was a good show.

I doubt we'll see a "Canadian tour" again. It doesn't make a lot of sense when you think about it. What I do think we'll see, possibly in 2010, is for many of the cities that were hit on the '05 tour to be included as part of future NA tours. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see them return to Calgary, Winnipeg, Ottawa, London, Halifax or St. John's in 2010. Montreal should be a lock since it was skipped yet again this year.

I wouldn't count on any other Canadian cities getting shows any time soon.

  • This week marks the 4 year anniversary that I got to see them 4 times in one week on their cross - Canada tour! Always make me a bit hopeful that it might one day happen again! :)

i really hope they do more Canadian dates. The two shows in St. John's were amazing and they seemed sinceire in saying how much they liked it and would try and return.
