Are these imported albums legit?

I was at one of my local record stores that specializes in rare stuff and I came across a couple CD's in the Pearl Jam section that I hadn't seen before. They were both labeled "IMPORT" and were for "Promotional purposes only." One was called the Keys to Success and was a bootleg of the Key Arena show on 9/16/96. The second was called "Pearl Jam and Friends" and was a boot of the Santa Barbara benefit show on 10/28/03, which also included Chris Cornell and Temple of the Dog, Jack Johnson, and a few others. Are these just audience recordings or are they legit? They both cost around $30. I didn't buy them as it just didn't seem right, plus I figured I could find it online if I really wanted to. Anyone have any insight on these?

Not sure about the Santa Barbara show. I don't remember a SB recording coming out for that, but I may be wrong.
But yes, you could find both of these shows online quite easily.
