Thank you for the surprises (like an European tour when you didn't expect one), thank you for your albums - all your albums - including the latest one, thank you for your lyrics and thank you for giving a very young confused man (in 1997) a philosophy and a direction to look at on how to approach life. Thanks for the political platform when it was impossible to express anti-war sympathies. Thank you for making us think and dance and laugh. (Johnny Guitar is excellent.) Thank you for always writing that one specific song, on each album, that somhow for unexplained reasons in this universe seem to fit or embody a moment, an experience or describe a situation, that I go through during that time. (I think that every fan will relate to this and know what I mean.)Thank you for your b-sides. (Even though you call them "whores".) Thank you for your latest album; it's great. I think I will tell every one I know to buy this record. Thank you for writing (once again) heartfelt lyrics. And last but not least, thank you for mentioning Mack Lucka (my son) during the concert in Rotterdam 2009. Because I wrote a post on him, wrote his name on this forum right afther he was born, and I innocently presumed that one of the bandmembers picked it up and that you mentioned him during the concert with the intro of Lukin. (I'm waiting on the bootleg!) Turned out that it was probably Matt Lukin you mentioned. Don't matter, I was grinning and proud. (And I will still buy the bootleg!)

Thank you for being on the radio (RVM) at a time i needed help/intervention and could not find it anywhere. Funny how a dire situation helps you put a different interpretation on lyrics and makes you think. Had the song not been on, i don't think I'd be here today - or even the next day. My stickman tattoo pays homage to this moment in my life and the change PJ helped bring. I'm still alive!

Thank you for awesome albums, incredible shows, huge integrity and writing songs that needed to be written. I've bee na fan since Alive, evenflow days and love the newer stuff just as much. PJ has been the soundtrack to my life and being of a similar age to the band and moving through similar stages of life as the band gives the songs and albums extra relevance to me.

Thanks to all involved with Pearl Jam. You're the best.

Many of you have written beautifully and also how we feel... thank you for also writing on behalf of us, especially those like me who can't describe well on how we feel!

I was hoping someone would create a thread thanking 10c for working so hard and putting in so many hours preparing the new album to be sent out.... but I think this is the right thread to do so.

So thank you 10c, especially Santos because he's been more visible here and communicating with us, for putting in at least 14 hours a day so that they can try to get them out to us before the release date! It is in no way or form saying that others are doing less work! They do keep their eyes and ears out all the time and feeling our pulse here.

Santos is representing 10c very well and certainly shows us that folks like him are working very hard at 10c!

Please don't tell me I'm kissing asses here.... I'm just showing appreciation here for my favorite club/band! :P

I have no idea on where to begin to start with the thank yous, but the majority of songs on my iPod are Pearl Jam and if it werent for that, I dont know where I would be.

THANK-YOU SO MUCH PJ and 10C!! I was lucky enough to trade my extra 10c LA night 2 for LA night 1 so I could have 10c seats 2 nights in a row. We sat in pit bbb 2nd row the first night (he won the lottery) and my seats for the second night were pit ddd 4th row. Sweet seats both nights. Also want to give a BIG THANK-YOU to Ed for looking out in the crowd on night 2 and pointing me out to throw me the last tamborine of the night. That was unreal and I still can't believe it. Thanks for the great concerts and Keep on Rockin in the Free World.
