Is the Brain getting the shaft?

I was browsing the Amazon.co.uk site and found this image for the Backspacer "Limited Edition Gatefold Sleeve" http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/images/B002IVLH6A/ref=dp_image_text_0?ie=UTF8&n=229816&s=music
It appears that at least on this version of the packaging, the center square depicting the brain in fluid image has been replaced with the "Back Spacer" key logo as a title for the album. I wonder if the 10Club or any other US release packaging is the same. :?

    I hope the brain stays where it is (in the center). Maybe for that ad, amazon.uk just put "Backspacer" in the middle box (Mr. Brady's spot...ie Brady Bunch).

    I can't help but notice the Island Records logo in the lower right hand corner and wonder if this is what the actual album art will look like for the international release. :|
