ipods and Backspacer

To those of you that have ipods (most of you), will you listen to Backspacer for the first time (in its entirety) on the cd or will you upload it and download it onto your ipods and listen to it that way?

I'll listen to the cd first then on the iPod/iPhone. I have the great ear buds from a company called ultimate ears. Better than Bose

Well, I pre-ordered the album here and I pre-ordered it in iTunes just in case I don't get the 10c one before the 19th. I am leaving on vacation and will need it!

Oh, and I was at the Apple store over the weekend and they turned me on to Monster Beats (by Dr. Dre)...they are a ton better that the Bose ones I have. I swear it's like I have speakers in my head.

I have a small CD player, I guess my first listen will be from CD, with Bose earphones (which do not seem to get much love here, but I love them).

Then, Backspacer is going into my iPod, and there it will stay for the following listens.
Like I do with all PJ records, every now and then I'll go back to the CD for a careful listen.

It will be released on itunes on the 20th right? If it's not in the mail by Saturday, I'll download it and listen that way.

I haven't really thought of it but probably on my iPod with my Skullcandy headphones ohhh yah.

I hope to hear it first on vinyl if that comes in before the CD. I just got my player the other day, so I am excited to spin it on that. But obviously I will listen to whatever shows up first, but my first choice will be vinyl.

I also have the Bose earphones (the in-ear kind) so IPod will be first listen and then will crank it in my car CD. I don't care how I hear just as long as I do!!

I totally forgot my car has a cd player (I always just hook my ipod up). But Ill probably just rip it to my computer first and listen to it on my computer. Then my car.

My CD is getting delivered to my work address, so I'll be hearing it first on the car CD player on the way home (full volume... windows down... sunroof open - doesn't matter if it's freezing cold OR pouring down that day!!)

Actually I'll probably have to play it on my work PC before that though, as there's NO way I'll able to hold out until hometime !!

I'll then transfer it onto my ipod as soon as I get home so I can make a start adding the tracks to my PJ playlists

I have an ipod but I still love buying cd's. I love all the artwork that makes up the album.......I'll pop that cd in and go for a drive down Lake Shore Drive.

I'll listen to the cd & vinyl first assuming they arrive before the 20th...otherwise my first listen will be on my Ipod through the download on ITunes on the 20th.
