  • Three pieces of thick, heavy duty card board. All three must have the same dimensions and be bigger than the size of the album. What you'll do is cut out the center of one of the pieces so that the record will fit perfectly inside it and the card board will "frame it" so to speak. Then create a sandwich of the solid piece of cardboard, then the frame piece with the album inside, then the other solid piece. Attach these all together with heavy duty packing tape. In effect, you've created a very thin box for your vinyl. Wrapping a light layer of bubble wrap around the actual album would probably be good but make sure that there is no movement of the album inside it's cardboard frame. Otherwise, during shipping, the edges will get marred. Hope this helps! ;)
