do you think <-spacer will come in the mail saturday?

i ordered from 10C and since there is no mail on sundays, do you think we will get it early on sat???


i also still have an extra single ticket for philly 4 in section 309A

    Saturday at the latest. My guess would be Friday the 18th. Just a hunch, though.

    What about The Fixer Vinyl?

    Wasn't that supposed to ship Aug 20th? Anyone OUTSIDE the US get theirs yet?

    If you get it either on the 17th or 18th, will you listen to it right away or wait until the 20th? I guess it would be cool to listen to it if you get the album a few days prior. I'm just one of those who wants to wait until the official release date, even if I do have the album. It's like opening up all your presents on 12/22, and then the morning of 12/25 you'll be sitting there bored while all the other "Ralphie's" are opening up their rabbit suits and BB Guns (three minutes away from shooting their eye out).

    I guess it really depends on where you are located (when you gonna get I mean).
    the Fixer was mailed out on 8/19 (that's when I got the email) it was being released on Monday the 24th, I got it Tuesday the 25th, but Im in the East Coast, so that explains it, from Washington it usually takes about 3-4 days in transit.
    People in Washington though got theirs on 8/21 so 3 days before release, but only because they are in the same state, so judging by that (unless they are doing it differently) I would assume that some will get before release and some other will get after release date.

    If they were planning for everyone to get the album before release date they would have to ship them on September 16th the latest maybe even the 15th for the album to make it to the East Coast by Saturday 19th, but it that was the case people in Washington would be getting the album probably on the 16th or 17th, which is kinda early , unless they are planning to ship the East Coast first and hold the West Coast until the 17th to then ship.

    Either way, I can' wait for this album to arrive and I like all of ya'll I hope its in my mailbox on Saturday the 19th! :mrgreen:

    I will be listening to it, as soon as I can get it out of the shrink wrapping, the day I get my hands on it! :mrgreen:

    Wow I totally forgot you guys "Americans" get mail on Saturday. There is no hope for us east coast Canadians to get it anytime close to the release date.

    Please give us reviews once you've had a good listen!

    any idea how the post to europe looks like? I mean, if I order the CD now, will I get it by 18th when I am from Slovakia?

    reading other threads it appears the parcel will be sent by 18th or so, so I might get my CD in October. I see more likely that I buy it in local store.
    is there enything really worth buying the CD from the 10c shop in this case? based on your experience, guys

    I hope to get mine on Saturday Sept. 19th. I got the Fixer single in the mail 3 days after it was shipped from Seattle (on August 22nd it was in my mailbox) and I live in Massachusetts. :)

    Yeah, don't expect it to be in your mailbox as soon as it's out, no way. What I did is buy a copy from a local online retailer (who ships stuff so that it arrives on time), and one from 10c - which IMO is worth the effort given the "special version" packaging and all. Plus, having an extra copy around never hurts, just in case one gets eaten by a dinosaur or so :D

    Very funny...you guys are talking about not letting your wives know....and i have to keep my double purchase from my husband!! i bought the cd from the 10c and also preordered it from itunes. That way i'll get it on the release date...but the special 10c edition is a must have!!!

    fingers crossed I get mine before this sat, but I have absolutely the worst mail I've ever had in my life here on the east coast. wouldn't be surprised if it was late the following week.

    I'm in the UK and I got my Fixer vinyl last week, so it was quite late.

    I'm hoping that's not the case with Backspacer though, and credit to 10C, it wasn't with the Super Deluxe which I got either on the day of release, or the day before.
