Thanks to everyone in advance for reading this.

I've been trying to locate a green Lollapalooza t-shirt from (I believe) the 2007 show.

I've been told that it has the same graphics with the "water monster" that was on some of the posters--not the "Abe" poster style.

Can anyone tell me if these even exist, or am I on a wild goose chase? Thanks for your help. It's much appreciated.

they definitely exist - we got one of the last women's ones for my wife, but the men's i THINK were all gone by the time we got there. I thought they made both mens and womens of that shirt, but I know for sure they made womens shirts.
  • I have one. At first glance, they are great shirts. Great picture, great color. However, the shirt sucks. It's extremely thin, horrible fabric. The fit is weird... I have a men's large and it a very skinny shirt, especially the arms. I got home, really looked at it and realized the logo was off center. After 1 wash it started coming off.

Horrible, horrible quality. I've never worn it.

I got one of the green mens shirts at Lolla too. I thought the fit was ok personally (although my expanding beer gut disagrees!)

I used to wear it quite a lot until a friend asked me why i was wearing a Spongebob tshirt!

The OP can certainly use some of the cash they're getting on the Chicago Cubs shirts to buy one... way to get there early and buy a bunch to sell. I know, I know.. people can do what they want, but I'd be embarrassed to show myself around here asking about merch when I'm gouging the people who are helping answer my questions.

  • A few things...

    1) Thanks to those who've helped with the question on the green Lollapalooza shirt. I really appreciate it. Now I know what to look for.
    2) As an avid Pearl Jam fan, I paid for tickets and attended both Pearl Jam Chicago shows. I heard rumors of the "Chicago shirt" on the first night, but they sold out in a flash. Like a majority of the attendees---I just couldn't get there early enough to purchase one.
    3) For night 2, I adjusted my schedule and though I did my best to get to Chicago for the "opening doors", I unfortunately did not arrive at the UC in time to buy a size Large of the Chicago shirt. They had all been snatched up. I purchased an XL and a M in hopes that one of the two just might fit me.
    4) Sadly, the XL was too big---and the M was too small.
    5) My first choice was to TRADE someone from this forum who had a large and was looking for an XL or a M. But there weren't any individuals who had a large that they could trade.
    6) My next act was to search ebay to see if I could purchase a large. BUT---the scarcity and limited number of these shirts dictated that the maket price for a large was much too high for me to afford.
    7) I am not independently wealthy, so logically I need to raise the funds in order to pay for the cost of buying a size large on ebay. What was the method that made the most sense to do so---sell my XL and/or M to be able to afford to purchase a size large.

I'm a big fan. I'm disappointed that I couldn't buy the size shirt I was looking for at the show for face value. But hey---that's the way it goes. Supply and demand. I don't think that it is right for me to be "ashamed of myself" or judged by others. Plain and simple, I just want to buy a shirt in the right size. Sorry if my method of doing this offended anyone.
