Why no refunds or transfers of 10c tix?

I ordered fan club tickets to an interstate show which I have now found out I can't attend due to an important event that has just come up.

I have emailed ten club asking if i can transfer the tickets to another member. No reply.

Why are we not allowed to do this?

10c does not lose money. I lose $300 as I can't sell or give the tickets to someone else, or get a refund.

Pearl Jam don't really need my donation I'm sure, so why can't I just get my money back or transfer the tickets to another person?

:roll:

    I'm guessing for the following reasons:

    1. People with high senority will buy for every show and then transfer the tickets off to others and potentially get more out of the deal.

    2. People will scalp.

    3. It creates a hell of a lot more paperwork for the 10C.

    I'm sorry for your situation, but buyer beware I guess.

  • call them and explain in person, they always make exceptions
    {if (work != 0) {
    work = work + 1;
    sleep = sleep - work * 10;}
    else if (work >= 0) {
    reality.equals(false);
    work = work +1;
    }system("pause");
    return 0;}

    That's the one right there...

    :lol:
    I don't fancy spending $xx on an international phone call, I'm already losing $300 :shock:

    I'll just have to cut my losses by the look of it.
