i dunno why i thought the early entry was 4pm, not 4.15... that's slightly better, btu anyways, i've talked to my +1 and i've been trying to come up with ideas and she told me nto to worry about it and she'd think of something. i think she's now keen on only bringing enough clothes to fit in a backpack and then coming straight from the airport.

i'm also trying to determine if my cousin in law still works downt he road - one big day out they let us park there, so if i can do that i'll give her my spare carkey before we come up to auckland, get her ticket and put it in my glovebox, and she can find my car and get stuff out of it, put stuff into it.

either way, i'm gonna be at the barrier baby! oh yeah!

don't think anything is organised for after- not too many options close by other than the Sunnybank Hotel or Dicey Riley's at Garden City

Where's a good, relaxed place to go near the dome? Im not a fan of Crown.
There are a few little places along Spencer st across from the stadium, but not sure what any of them are like.

so you'll be pleased to know we have the +1 problem sorted. i have scored a carpark around the corner from the stadium - so will be there at 1pm to pick up tickets, then get in line, then at some stage excuse myself (while my place is held i hope by my amigos) and go back to the car to leave the ticket and any merch anyone wants stashed safely. my +1 will have my spare carkey and will come straight from the airport, dump her bags in the car and join us in the early entry line. and if she doesn't make it time for early entry, she'll do her best to reach us in the fixer.

so in other words, if you're going to auckland you can buy merch and i'll happily put it in my car and then you can either get it after the gig or i'll bring it to the after party. i think bazzer is offering this too. so everyone can be happy.

I have one spare GA fixer field ticket for melbourne at cost price obviously. Last min pull out. Anyone interested would have to get there before 10C gets let in coz I'm not waiting for anyone lol.

I saw in some pics on facebook that there is a whiteish floor on the ground anyway....so no mud fest.
