LA - Sheraton Universal

Is anybody saying at the Sheraton in Universal City? The hotel website says they have a shuttle, but it doesn't say whether it goes to the Gibson Amphitheater. Is anybody familiar with the area? I'm trying to avoid renting a car (but I'm also thinking I should get a convertible...)

shuttle to where? the gibson is next door to the sheraton

there probably is a shuttle from lax but if you plan to do other things while here, you might want to rent a car

As for the rate, I bought everything (flight/hotel) in a package deal from priceline.

I'm staying at the Sheraton and taking the shuttle from LAX. It's only 20 bucks. I'll be walking everywhere so I there's no need for me to rent a car.

YOU SAID YOU ARE WALKING EVERYWHERE THE ONLY THING CLOSE TO THE SHERATON IS UNIVERSAL STUDIOS AND CITYWALK, FOR ANY WHERE ELSE YOU MIGHT WANT TO GO YOU EITHER NEED A TAXI, BUS, OR YOU CAN TAKE THE SUBWAY TO DOWNTOWN, OR RENT A CAR, I HAVE BEEN TO LA SO MANY TIMES AND WITHOUT A CAR YOU WOULD BE LOST.

The Shuttle Service may be the free shuttle that takes you up and down that big ass hill to and from lankershim Blvd.
