new concert announcement!!

heard a dj today say that had a big concert announcement tommorrow from a station that plays alot of pj. and they gave a hint and said the hint was it will be announced at 10:10 on wed. morning?!?! i'm thinking PJ??

i could be wrong?

    ok details please...starting with WHERE is this radio station so we know which state/city we are going to potentially hear an announcement for? Is it wisconsin as per your location on your profile?

    I heard the same announcement on Rock 102.1 in Milwaukee this afternoon and had the same thought!

    Could it be a summer appearance at ALPINE VALLEY! That would make my year! Not that MSG hasn't already made it. That would just put it over the top! :-)

    I'm thinking a fall PJ mini-tour of the Mid-West...Chicago, Milwaukee, Fargo, Winnipeg, then over to Seattle.

    If it was about the Ed tour, they wouldn't be talking about it in terms of Pearl Jam. THIS announcement is purely PJ, I think.

    The mini-midwest tour is a good guess.

    disagree, but I would be happy with either. with several dates confirmed, I am certain it will be an announcement of the EV solo show at the Riverside on 8/19. looks like every city is getting multiple dates, so hopefully that is the case for Milw as well, and maybe 2 shows at the Auditorium or Chicago Theater as well.

    I wouldn't be surprised at more PJ dates this fall. This tour has been fantastic, and I think they realize they could keep it going for at least a dozen or so more shows.
