Ed tends to get his buzz on while drinking the Siduri Pinot Noir. Holy shit, after a year and a half search in Michigan, I finally got my hands on some and wow, I couldn't imagine putting away two bottles. One was enough for me and I am twice the size of Ed.

i know someone recently posted that is what he drinks and i certainly don't know so not trying to undermine it. however, i have ALSO read that ed mixes it up, especially when he travels, goes with local wines, tries new stuff and sure, people give him bottles and he drinks em too. i don't think he's too picky onstage with his wine. i would like to try it out but at i think $36 a bottle, not something i want to acquire a taste for too readily or often in any case. i wouldn't mind sharing a bottle with ed though.

Right, he does switch it up. Owning a bar makes it easy to try and taste the brands he does. Doing so, Siduri takes the prize for quickest stupor.
