Remember this: someone on the band is going to be father soon.

Alright, seriously, aside from that one off comment by Eddie in that interview back in January of this year, why does EVERYONE keep saying that is the reason if there is no tour??

Last time I checked, pregnancies are 9 months in length, and most people don't tell people they are expecting until they are 4-6 week along, so that puts the conception at December of 2008. December plus 9 months equals September of this year.

Oh wait....they are on tour in Sept, and Oct.

Can we PLEASE put this theory to rest? Either Ed was misquoted, or he has no idea what he is talking about, and was talking out of his ass again. hehe, and we know he LOVES to do that! The Grandma Pearl story is proof of that!

  • I just saw Springsteen in Mansfield a little over a week ago and no issues with drinking in the parking lot. We always use a plastic cup and as long as your not acting like an idiot it seems the cops leave you alone.

Its very obvious you weren't at Mansfield I last year...

I heard the DJ on the new rock station in Charlotte last Friday. After a Pearl Jam song, he said, "we should be hearing any week now about the tour, which will go until March."

Take that with a grain of salt, but maybe there will be some early 2010 arena gigs, hopefully in THE SOUTH !

4-6 weeks? Really? anyone that I know generally waits until about 12-14 weeks, which is the rule of thumb...

I'm hoping for a couple shows next summer in Mansfield, MA. I love the venue. Only downside is the strict 11PM cerfew.
and the near 2 hour wait to get out.. :D Hoping for Fenway just to get it over with...

Yeah that does suck. I usually pay for the VIP parking and get out in around 15 minutes or so.

    Same here.
He who forgets will be destined to remember.
