If you had to pick one song from one show to be your absolute favorite, what would it be? Doesn't have to be from a show you've been to, could be from an official or unofficial bootleg.

If I had to choose, I think I would pick Immortality from MSG 9/11/98. I absolutely love Mike's solo on this version.

A close second would be In My Tree from Live at the Garden '03. I know this version of In My Tree gets no love around here, but I actually prefer this version. I still like the original version, but I'll take the new one any day.

    Right now, I would hve to say Long Road from Chicago 1. It was so emotional. Ed's wails on it shook me to the core.

    I find that over time I usually have a "favorite live song of the moment" for a few months and then move on to another version.

    But I think if I look back historically and had to choose a song that keeps coming back, I would say probably Porch from 6/18/92.

    first thing that came to mind was in hiding at the vic in 07, the crowd totally took over the song. either that or dirty frank from the gorge in 06 because, well, im talkin about dirty frank

    "Alive" from Pinkpop in '92 was always a favorite.
    So vibrant and ... wait for it ... alive!
