what kinds of effects does stone use on different songs

i've been playing pearl jam songs playing the parts stone plays. i want to get the perfect sound. does anyone know what kind of effects he uses in different songs and even the distortion because i want it to sound just right. thanks

what era stone are we talking about? if ten vs era he often used a gibson or epiphone guitar through a marshall amp

This actually belongs in the musicians and gearheads section - which will garner you a better response, however I'm one that contributes in that section.

First I will direct you to www.giventowail.com where you can find signal flow diagrams.

Stone usually has an amp for his crunch and an amp for his clean more so than relying on pedals for "different types" of distortion.

He believes in cutting back on the volume knob on his guitars for more/less crunch.

Just browse through giventowail you'll see some pedal board setups and some amp configurations that stone has used over the years.
