I know that in Maryland, 30 miles over on a highway is considered reckless driving, so i'm not sure about 25.
I went 30 miles over on a back road, was ticketed and I went to court. My fine was reduced. The judge was more lenient to young people vs. us oldsters, I noticed.

I got a speeding ticket recently but i don't know how fast i was going....mine was $177 with traffic school. But it depends on where you got the ticket, no?

I was being watched/tracked by a Cop flying a plane. Yah they do that.
