Full fledge tour in 2010?

Anyone hear anything. I'm hoping they'll take the holidays off then launch a massive tour to support the new album.

Mike said so. One of the songs they recorded are 9 minutes long. Mike mentioned that an EP can be realesed early 2010.

taken from a recent interview: But don't expect Pearl Jam to be out on the road months at a time supporting it. Gossard says they will continue touring, but would "love to make records and tour in smaller increments over the next 20 years."
So I'd guess about a dozen midwest tour dates including Boston and New York.

I think Alpine is a certainty the next time they tour through the midwest. Maybe at the expense of another Chicago show depending on ticket sales. I don't think they would of brought it up at the Chicago show if they were not going to make every effort to make it happen. As much as I want them to play Chicago again soon a camping trip to wisconsin to see PJ sounds pretty damn good right now.

they wont announce the entire tour at once
and you will mostly likely find out about shows from sources other than the 10C

If I was them, I'd hit Hawaii, Central and South America after the holidays and into the Spring, then back to outdoor venues in the states when it's warm.

I dont know their schedulle but i imagine 2010 in Spain. Take into consideration that they came in 1996, then in 2000,2006, so 2010 they should.

What about the south and midwest?? They better take the holidays off, release an EP (heard that before btw) and tour a good part of the the early part of 2010 because I need them to be in my world every once in awhile :evil: dammit

I'm not obsessed enough to know who has kids and how old they are but I think they all have youngsters that will be in school soon. I don't think we will see many protracted marathon tours from them in the future. I think they will carry on for another 10-15 years and tour every other for a bit and keep on making killer records.
