i think you get a 7" each month and if you are a premium member you also get something else, like the icky thump mono, the shirt is a 1 time thing....at least that's how i understood it
ok, i was wrong, the site says 1 12", 1 7" and 1 shirt every quarter (3 months)

I got mine today. I never got any kind of notice that they billed me so I assumed I was canceled in the billing snafu for the 2nd round. I wasn't that excited about it so I didn't bother double checking, and just put it outta my head. Now that the package arrived, I'm totally stoked.
Next round should be announced soon. Keepin the fingers crossed for that Get Behind Me Satan repress.

i didn't get any notice either other than i looked at an atm receipt and noticed it was $60 less than it should've been and went online and saw the charge. i had planned on buying it anyway but for those who don't want whatever round 3 will be make sure you cancel!
