Pre-orders to Canada: Are they usually on time?

We don't have Target in Canada...I'm assuming this will be at normal record stores? I am hoping even though we don't have target, we do get that link to download 2 shows from the vault.

I think most of us, in the US at least, will start seeing these who up around the 16th.
