    +1. It's nice to know, however, that the official bootleg will be out in no time! It's been over a week now.. I can wait a few more for a nice, high-quality bootleg. I could also wait a few more months (hell, even a year) if I knew there was a Blu-Ray including 7.1 LPCM properly mixed audio, and all the pre-sets at the end of that wait. :mrgreen:

    http://theultimatebootlegexperience.blogspot.com/ has Chi 1 and will have 2 up shortly, followed by other shows as they become available, I would assume.

    The Chicago audience recording are about as good as non soundboard PJ gets, imo.

    I agree. I mean for Gods sake even Billy Idol has a Blu-ray coming out in November..

    Huh -- so what was up with Shep re: mod comments? Link?

    Don't they usually post an official camera/video/audio recording policy for the tours? I've looked, kinda, can't find a thing. And then from the audio recording section we could deduce what was cool to post/offer/trade re: audience boots?

    So Outside Lands was a festival and had posted: No Audio Recording Devices Allowed. From that I'd gather we're not allowed to holler for, link to, or offer any OLF boots?

    But what's up with Shephards? If an official is coming, no audience? If an official is not coming?
    Bueller?

    EDIT: just to say, I love audience boots, random conversations, idiots near the mics, tapers getting caught in mosh pits. you sooo get a vibe for the audience from 'em. Not that I don't buy the official boots, luv those too!

    I will agree to this as well. I do like the official boots more, but after getting a few of the fan copies, I must say you can really feel the crowd energy in certain songs (Why Go, Small Town, etc.) That part is so cool.
