It's really nice, a great package. My favourite bit might be the demo tape, it was great to listen to and the songs are interesting. As I didn't already own Ten on Vinyl, it's good to have as I enjoy listening to it like that now I have a record player readily available.
BUT at the end of the day, it's basically just Ten, right, so if you're tight for money, I'd hold off on it.
If money is that tight then I say don't buy it. You've got to have your priorities straight, you know? Once that thing is opened you can't take it back.
If you're after the ability to hear the redux of Ten, I was at Target the other day looking for 7" of The Fixer (didn't have any sign of it btw...) and I saw the Ten legacy edition for $9.99.
For me, the SDE is something I'll pull out once or so a year to go through. I'm more concerned with the music that keeps me companion. I don't regret buying the SDE at all, but I don't think there was anything in there that I hadn't seen or heard of in some manner before. My $0.02 is that you should hold off until $ isn't an issue.

I say, if you have the money to spare on this then I would recommend hands down that you buy it.
