    it's not a big deal? i've noticed pj fans are the most stick-up-buttiest people of all the band fans :D so what if people think he's hot? big deal! people can be both about the music and the cuteyness of mr. vedder :P you can't tell me not one guy wouldn't go ga ga over a hot chick singer. i'm aaaaaaaall about the music, but come on, who really gives a shit if i or someone else thinks he's cute? srrrrrrrrrrrslyyyyyyyyy....

    BTW. He is cute.... sometimes.

    How about accepting that other people may appreciate something that you don't and perhaps don't judge them for it? Here's how I see it - Bottom line: it is about the music, first and foremost....if the music wasn't as amazing as it is - no one would care if "Eddie is hot". Either way, I don't think it's offensive ;)

    I loved looking through hot pics!

    As I said in my 1st reply to something ever, I didn't even know what the band looked like for many years but still loved the music. It's just a bonus that they're easy on the eye.

    Nobody forced you to look!

    However, as weird as this sounds, I am very uncomfortable with EV taking off his shirt. Yes, he's good-looking man and all that... but... nooooooo. He cannot get away with that...

    hubby admits it's the insecurity flaw he has... and is totally aware of it and tries hard not to put that shit on me because it's not my fault that he thinks the worst if I see someone hot! ;)

    I know...I've seen Kat/Sea locking and deleting threads related to that...but I think they relealized they couldn't even control them even if they wanted to.

    Dork? Hmm.....I think that could fall under as "attacking" a person. I don't know what the reasoning was behind that - only Kat/Sea would know.

    As for the highschool gigglings.... it's like that with every band, I guess. As long as they are innocent and harmless, it's "ok", I guess.

    My husband thinks it's hilarious. He knows that when we were married (well before that really, we were together 9 years before marriage) my eyes were not glued shut (his either). He even made a joke before we saw them in Manchester that he better remember to clean his teeth before we went in case he got chance to give EV a BJ.

    It's all just fun, and it's good to have something to put a smile on your face.

    You know, mostly I feel the same. Only some days I can look at Ed's pics like of normal, ordinary man, but more often - it's a strange, as U said "uncomfortable" feeling especially when it's about shirtless photos. Fortunately there are not so many this kind. But at the same time I am really curious what girls put on the thread :D

    I am sorry, but if you are a chick into rock and don't occasionally drool over the guy a bit, there is something wrong. He is DREAMY...in all ways. It's plain harmless fun...my husband thinks it is hilarious and totally indulges me ALL the time when we are at concerts and shit.

    Lets face the facts, Ed's looks got the band where they are..sure it wasn't 100% of the reason, or maybe even 10%, but it was the little push that shot them from obscurity into what they are today.

    Ed's a good looking guy. Looks can push confidence, perhaps the confidence which shaped the band.

    We can pretend Ed's looks mean nothing, and that its about the music, and the art, but they are a major contributing factor. He should be happy he's a good looking guy with a good looking voice. They can go hand in hand.

    You can be a good looking guy, and act like an asshole, and people will still seem to like you because you are a good looking guy.. fortunately Ed is a good, good looking guy.
