should work now... turns out the issue was sloppy code from the USPS... the site uses a shipping calculator and when it received the code from the USPS they had missed a line where there was a url and left off "http"...
What about those who lost them in their cart? Any joy?

Does that mean that it should have charged us for shipping? (Mine processed as $0.)

if you had them in your cart and lost them, i don't think there is any joy... but i am going to speak to my guy about changing the login first aspect of keeping a poster in the cart once it's added...

Yep - confirmation email had the same ($0). Just forwarded it to you. (Hopefully, mine was just an anomaly.)
Brad,
I still have the posters in my cart but when I submit, I got an error :
There has been an error.
Ack: Failure
Correlation ID: d2955e509a8e6
Version: 3.0
Error Number: 15005
Short Message: Processor Decline
Long Message: This transaction cannot be processed.
Do you know what's happening ?
Thanks
Sounds very much like a problem with your card.
Try phoning your bank/CC company to check they haven't blocked your card - I get this often when I try and buy from 10C (they don't trust it and block it)
Not complaining, happy I got one! Now where to get a frame for this? Brad, what size is the poster exactly?
it's on his site ...
2009 Pearl Jam Toronto 24" x 14.5"; 7 Colors
... but you may want to wait until you have it in hand to be sure.
could easily have been larger given the intense colors and detail.
sigh,...

Sadly, I got hosed. I'm just hoping beyond hope that I'll be able to score a Hawaii Art Print whenever they go on sale. Anyway BK, thanks for working out the issues. You're always looking out, and that's super cool of you

I was shut out due to the login debacle but a wonderful person is going to try to pick one up for me at Flatstock so we'll see. Just when I think people suck someone does something cool.
Hi Brad, might you please provide the story behind the Toronto poster? The story of the swan for Manchester is cool, was wondering about the inspiration for the keys to the locks on the chains I see everywhere.
If anyone has a spare toronto poster willing to sell i'd gladly like to buy one. please pm me. Was at work with no internet access and long gone by the time i got home. fingers crossed!

I get some given to fly vibes in this one. Second verse line : "key to the locks on the chains he saw everywhere".
Might very well be wrong, but since gtf is a kickass song and this is a kickass poster, I choose to believe
Hello Niko! Long time gone since I heard from you last time! Did you get a Toronto poster??
I have been logged in one hour before the sales start but unfortunately i have been kicked out as it started! Trying to log in again failed about 30 times!!!
Anybody had the same problem? I thought its to secure that people cannot log in hours before the poster sale starts...maybe a feasible explanation?

I know thats why I didn't get one. oh well
$22.40 shipping is what I paid to Toronto. That's normal.
OK cool, thanks!
hella job with this one bk.
I look forward to hanging my first PJ poster proudly on my wall in Toronto (framed of course!)
Your artwork is simply amazing, beyond words and you take songs and illustrate the meaning in them like poetry.
