    i thought the new stuff was well recieved at CHI #1. supersonic was funny because they all huddled together to try and figure out when to start. supersonic is fucking sick! that breakdown is classic PJ all the way. mike and stone going off at the same time.

    Though I'd argue that The Fixer isn't just bad, but possibly Pearl Jam's worst song ever....I think it will be tolerable live. I'm gonna see it at least 3 times in Philly so I better just accept it.

    I definitely got more out of it live than studio, but still not any kind of highlight for me (saw it in TO).

    I'm not overly impressed with the Fixer, Got Some or Supersonic....but I put them on my ipod and am listening to all three over and over and over. I must admit they're growing on me. Still, I think of songs like Black and.... :roll:

    Fixer is alright live (seen it three times). The first was the best, the last time I found myself waiting for the song to finish..Got some on the other hand just got better. My favourite of the ones I have heard.

    After many hours of drinking a piss break is needed. However, I did not like the FIxer at all until Chicago night 1 but it is amazing live. I would piss during Elderly Woman or something instead. Or you could wait until the 20 minutes of wasted setlist during Betterman and Crazy Mary.

    I think Got Some is better.

    And I don't really like The Fixer.

    But dammit if I wasn't singing the hell out of the chorus both nights. That damn thing is catchy.

    lol, I think all the piss-break talk isn't so much about pissing as it is a way of saying "I don't like the song they're playing". I think most Americans subscribe to the "when ya gotta go, ya gotta go" rule.
