I've only had to take a couple of piss breaks through the years. The first time was at Albany 06 and it was out of necessity rather than to get away from the show. It was during Why Go, which I really hated to miss, but I didn't want to piss myself. Turned out to be the last song of the main set though so I didn't miss much even though the bathrooms were on the other side of the world.
I think I took a pisser during Jeremy once too. And I remember being in a beer line during Inside Job in Milwaukee. The price of taking girls to the show instead of just going with pals (although she is a trooper now and does her own beer runs, which I feel sorta guilty about).
That said...songs I could do without hearing at shows these days...(sticking to stuff that they are likely to play and not delving into super deep cuts like Sweet Lew and Whale Song which just won't be heard live):
Last Kiss - I don't hate it - it's fun every now and then on shuffle, but it just got SO overexposed.
Jeremy - Sorta done with this tune for now.
Nothing As It Seems - This one is kind of a downer live.
Red Mosquito - Great tune, but I've heard it a bunch. Would rather hear 1/2 Full, which is similar.
MFC - Just doesn't do much for me anymore.
I Am Mine - Bit of a snoozer.
Thumbing My Way - Same as above.
Army Reserve - Heard it once, that was enough.
Basically just songs I'm not crazy about.
In Toronto when they started playing Better Man I sort of rolled my eyes, but then I took stock of the moment and thought to myself "what if for whatever reason this turned out to be the last time this song was played?" So I got over myself and joined in with the singalong and loved it. I feel the same way about Daughter, Given To Fly and Wishlist - they are a little tired, but it is a great communal experience to hear them live.
Stuff I NEVER get tired of hearing:
Porch
Rearviewmirror
Alive
State of Love and Trust
Severed Hand
Love Boat Captain
Bu$hleaguer (I understand why it's gone, but I wish this would make a comeback)
Faithful
Do The Evolution
Leash
Indifference
Dissident
Glorified G
Satan's Bed
Release
Breath
Once
Grievance
Down
Sad
Whipping
Stuff I Haven't Heard and REALLY Would Like To:
Alone
Brother
You Are
God's Dice
Don't Gimme No Lip
Hard To Imagine
Hold On
W.M.A.
No Way
Ghost
Parachutes
I may have taken this too far...
I suggest you step out on your porch...run away my son...see it all...oh see the world // I wait on the porch...hoping someday I'll be let in

I also won't delve into songs that have never been played live like Sweet Lew, except to say that I would love to see Jack make a guest appearance at a show so they could play Whale Song. I usually don't find myself having to go to the restroom or get drinks during Pearl Jam's set. I like to be prepared to stay at my seat the whole show so I won't miss anything. However, if the show is at an amphitheater, these are the songs during which I might go to the lawn for a smoke break :
Evenflow - played at most shows, extended by solos so it gives me a little longer than other songs
Crazy Mary - gets played pretty often now, also on the long side to give some extra time
Nothing as it Seems - another slightly extended song, and as Demps said kind of a downer live
Better Man - more tired of this song than Evenflow
And then there are the songs I just never care to hear live again:
Last Kiss - got overplayed, as many would agree
Evacuation - first PJ song I ever really disliked
I always forget to add No more to this list because my mind represses it. It's such a crappy song (musically - I'm not going to write off a song based on lyrics) and it just got so overdone the last few years. When he got going in Chicago with it I couldn't believe I had to suffer through it again... I thought once Obama was in the WH is would finally die.
Why would anyone post a " Do not play list"? Let them play what they want. Asking for a couple of favorites is different than asking for songs not to be played. I would find that offensive if I wrote and recorded the songs.

Ditto. I think this is one of the emotionally sung songs by Eddie ....and I love the Mike solo at the end
