UK LE Gatefold vs Ten Club CD release of Backspacer?

Could someone please confirm to me that the UK LIMITED EDITION GATEFOLD SLEEVE CD release of BACKSPACER is going to be different from the TEN CLUB/INDIE PACKAGE - HARD-BOUND BOOK STYLE JACKET CD release.

The UK LE Version can be found here if it helps:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Backspacer-Limi ... B002IVLH6A

I know the descriptions sound different but I just want confirmation before I pre-order, the shipping of $7.50 means its gonna cost a few quid more for the Ten Club version from the official store (about £13 as compared to £9) plus I would like to get the CD on the day of release.

Thanks

I'm pretty sure they're the same version. 10C will probably get these out to us on or before the release date I'd think. They did with the Ten Super Deluxe.

Ok, might just buy from a shop over here if they are essentially the same.

No they won't be the same. The tenclub version is bound like a cardback book. The uk LE will be a gatefold digipack.
    Get the digipack.

Really? It might be worth spending a few quid extra to get the 'hard' bound copy then.

If you go to Amazon.co.uk it says the limited version is gatefold, much like the UK Avocado release. The Tenclub says their edition is like their release for Avocado (Book Style).
I got both version when Avocado came out. The nice thing about the Tenclub edition is it didn't have any record label blurb written on it where as the retail version had J records etc plastered over it. Nice touches if your a record collector.

Saying that, I much prefer the digipack gatefold version of Avocado to the Tenclub version.

That's what I make of the situation anyway - obviousley can't be certain, but I'm confident this is the case.

So did you get the Super Deluxe in the UK by the release date then?

I didn't order my Super Deluxe from 10C because they are notoriously slow at getting orders to international customers.

...But having said that, the last edition of Deep seemed to reach us just as quick as the Americans, so I'm just wondering if 10C have sorted out their slow shipping to the UK and if we're likely to get Backspacer by the release date since I've ordered that from 10C.

I was thinking of getting a 2nd copy of Backspacer just so I can listen to it for the 3 weeks or so before the 10C edition arrives... but if it's likekly to reach us in the UK by the release date, I won't bother!
