Silly Ten Club ticket question

Excuse my naivete but I got Ten Club tix for 2 Philly shows. How do I know where the seats are? I have read some posts awhile back that when people score tix they get a number of some sort... I have not received a number at all.

    you know your seats when you pick up your tickets at the venue.
