Took part in my first fantasy football draft yesterday.

I've watched a friend do fantasy football for the past couple of years and finally took the plunge yesterday. This was a 14 team league, live draft. I was the 12th pick. Grade me on how well I did, and if you have any managing pointers for me, I need all the help I can get! Being 12th pick in such a big draft is tougher than I thought...I think I did okay...a little weak in the WR's area. But I feel decent about the rest. What do you think?
Starters:
RB's: Brandon Jacobs, Marion Barber, Julius Jones (he'll most likely be my flex position)
WR's: Chad OchoCinco, Donnie Avery, Donald Driver
TE: Antonio Gates
QB: Matt Ryan
K: Robbie Gould (Chicago)
DEF: Sand Diego Chargers
Bench:
QB's: Shawn Hill, Daunte Culpepper, JaMarcus Russell
RB's: Michael Bush
TE: Brent Celek, Shawn Nelson
WR's: Michael Crabtree, Marvin Harrison, Johnnie Higgins, Antwaan Randel El
DEF: Arizona Cardinals
K: Nick Folk (Dallas)
If both Crabtree, and Harrison sign, i feel like I can pull some trades in the WR area. Could use another RB in case one of my starters gets hurt to.
