Chicago Resident Assistance - Rush & Divsion or Lincoln Park
A buddy and I will be flying into Chicago today for the shows and we will be looking to hit the bars tonight. Would you recommend hitting the Rush/Divsion area or Lincoln Park? We are a couple of single dudes looking to drink and have fun. From what I have read Rush/Division has a lot of bars but is primarily utiizilzed by suburbanites, tourists, and a few locals. I could not find as much on the Lincoln Park area but hear that area is cool. Which area do you recommend. Thanks!

Both areas are great if you're looking for good looking females. You might have more out of towners down by Rush/Division, but there are plenty of suburbanites in both areas. I'd recommend Rush/Division....I always have a blast when I go down there. Also, most of the bars around Rush are open late night....I think 5 am for Sat night. Check out The Hangge Uppe....great late night spot playing all kinds of music. Enjoy!0 -

Haha. I kinda ignored that comment. Not sure why it would matter if people are from the burbs. A majority of the poeple in the city grew up in the burbs anyways.0 -

i'd go with lincoln park/wrigleyville. bound to be tons of people and there's always plenty of girls in the area as well0

Go to Rush/Division if you are: Divorced, balding, take Viagra, where Penny Loafers live in Suburbia or the South Side.
Otherwise Lincoln Park is good. I recommend Division/North and Milwaukee area. Bucktown area.
Not so many tools as up north and hot chicks that won't get convinced that they have to go home with their girlfriends.0
