as a weird musical taste crossover i am also a huge Springsteen fan as well as PJ fan. At Springsteen concerts people generally bring signs with song titles they want to hear on them. would this be something that could happen at a PJ concert (being only 14 this will be my first Pearl Jam concert monday in Chicago) I am going to be in the fan club section so i believe the sign would be visible

Yeah, I'm with you in that I was wondering the same thing. I was thinking of bringing a small "OTG" banner, not too big, and certainly not holding it up a lot, cos I dont want to obstruct the views of people behind me and it does get kinda annoying. Just enough to let the band see my request for the song I most want to hear live (or one of them). I'm taking my daughter along for the ride, who like you is only 14. It'll be her first PJ show! We're going to be in the fan club section as well. Hope you enjoy your PJ concert. And Springsteen kicks ass, I saw him live quite a long time ago now, at an open door event and he rocked. He's coming out to Australia next year and I'd love to see him again (with my husband this time who I wasnt with when I saw Bruce last).
