  • We used "Thin Air" as our last-dance-of-the-night song. It was tough finding an optimistic slow Pearl Jam song.

And we didn't do the spoon/glass thing either. That was rule #1 from the beginning.

There are a few CDs out there with classical versions to numerous songs..I saw it on Amazon and its called "strung out" or something like that..

'Alive' is fantastic, 'Dissident' + 'Go' are really good too..

our first dance was brad's 'the day brings.' i think it was about perfect. but picking the music (after the band cancelled) was for me the best part of the wedding planning. we also played some ITW at some point, and i think my favorites we snuck in during the dance-party section were nirvana's
'aneurysm' and 'idioteque' by radiohead. only the youngsters liked those...

That is a great idea there. But how did all the tables no lines to all those pj songs?

Well all the tables with our friends knew a line for the most part cause I have a good chunk of friends that are PJ fans... We gave the adult tables betterman and alive and stuff to give them a better chance...

But the adult tables that didnt know a line to whatever song they had and wanted to sing it just asked one of my friends to tell them a line and then they sung it... It was fun... better than SPOON CLICKING for sure
