    I was up high at these shows, and I didn't notice many people gone at any point until Y-Led started and of course some people started to get out of dodge.

    dude i have pictures on my home computer of late in the set, post black diamond. trust me the place was loaded! it took me 25 mins to get out of the venue after the show..and i was on the lower level!!

    It actually is encore break 1 that he says it. After he says Mike will pay the fine he says "it's not a money issue, it's a municipal thing" at around the 1:16 mark.
