Never a group to jump on the bandwagon, Pearl Jam remains one of the few legacy artists to resist the urge to play an album onstage in its entirety

I, for one, think it would be sweet if PJ did that from time to time. Just out of the blue, come out and play Vitalogy from front to back, then continue the show with business as usual.

I'm not really into the idea of PJ doing it but I saw The Who in Raleigh NC (almost 20 years ago) and they played Tommy in it's entirety. At some point in the middle of the show they broke it out and went all the way through...absolute sickness.

Why bring back the BP Amoco song? It already worked and they promised not to increase ammonia dumping.

Right!?!? Why the fuck would someone even think they would play that again. It was a little improv. It's not even a song. I was even kind of embarassed for the band when they played that at Lolla.

Actually they played the last album in it's entirety during the Torino, Italy show 9/19/06. The bootleg makes me appreciate the album that much more.

  • Oh...... you did Verona dude. anyways....... how could you not know this? I liked how you tried to do a little easter egg hunt to make the poor guy find his mistake. HA HA HA. Btw... back to the article, one of the reasons i RAN right out and got this bootleg was that it was the first time they played an album in order SINCE Ten. They did it once before in Europe for ten in the early days and never did it again. I dont know when it was and no bootlegs back then so that makes the article doubly wrong.

DO'H! This heat wave is killing me. My bad on that. Clicked on the 16th. Anyways, I wouldv'e hated that setlist as it's not one of my favorite albums.

It'd be fascinating to see them try to pull off "Bugs" and "Stupid Mop" live.
