Chicago ticket window opens when?

So there has been a death in the family and the memorial service has been scheduelled for sunday, not sure of the time yet. I'm trying to formulate a plan for getting my tickets picked up. I have a 5 hour round trip drive to get the tickets. When i have the time of the service i will have to make the call if i will be able to even attend. I thought i read somewhere that it was open at 11A.M. but i can't seem to find that in print anywhere. Can someone help confirm if this is the case?
