    I am nowhere close to having a child myself, but I'm of the opinion of having unique names for my children if/when I have them. Sadly while I think the name Stone is cool and 'original' I don't think I could ever bring myself to naming a child that, because everyone would assume it was because of Pearl Jam.

    That's why I have my default name already picked out. Atlantis Mercury (last name) If I can find a girl that will let me name my child that, I think I have a keeper! :lol:

    Congrats! Welcome, little one!

    I love the name Stone. I thinks it's cool. I don't plan on having kids, but I wanna be a writer and I'm going to have a character whose last name is Stone, and that's what they will call him.

    We picked the name obviously partly for the PJ connection but we both really like the name aswell, I guess I am just lucky that my wife shares a passion for PJ like myself although it hasn't always been that way I did have to educate her.

    Strangely enough no one that we have introduced him to has said oh like that cool dude from PJ so I don't think that realistically alot of people associate the name with PJ, not in my neck of the woods anyway.
