I guess I don't know what makes a punk song. Sure they have some punk stylings, but there are only a handful of PJ tunes that I would say are straight up punk. Just part of their huge palate of influences.

Thats what I'm thinking.. I wouldn't consider Green Disease a punk song although it has punk influences.

Spin the Black Circle
Lukin
Comatose
Supersonic
I'd consider those true punk songs.
I fully agree about Comatose and Lukin, but STBC has the riff and Supersonic has the breakdown that are decidedly not punk. They add some kinda twist in all their best punkish tunes, that make them not punk. Lukin and Comatose are 2 of my absolute least favorite tunes in their entire catalog.

I agree with this list with but would add Breakerfall to it also.

See Breakerfall is very Who influenced.. not to say punk wasn't influenced by The Who, but Breakerfall to me sounds like a classic rock song.
I don't really consider these two "punk" songs all that much. My favorite is Spin the Black Circle, though like others have said, I don't think PJ has too many true punk songs in their catalog.

Funny, I never thought of Spin the Black Circle as punk at all - hear it now though. Comatose & Big Wave (maybe not the solo though) sound punk to me. I guess punk equals simplicity to me. Very stripped down. Simple lyrics. Tends to be short. Crunchy. Also British - which obviously isn't exactly right, but Sex Pistols and Buzzcocks is what comes to mind first.
Beavis : Is this Pearl Jam?
Butt-head: This guy makes faces like Eddie Vedder.
Beavis: No, Eddie Vedder makes faces like this guy.
Butt-head: I heard these guys, like, came first and Pearl Jam ripped them off.
Beavis: No, Pearl Jam came first.
Butt-head: Well, they both suck.
I love the acoustic version Mike and Ed do on the Imagine in Cornice dvd. Sweet.

I'd consider those true punk songs.
It definately pisses over "Comatose" and "Save You"
but.....
"Spin The Black Circle" is still king of the hill as far as Pearl Jam punk rock is concerned.
Then again, I haven't heard the full studio track yet...so we'll wait and see how it holds up in a month or so.
