in Chicago? It appears to be closest to the UC. If anybody is interested in partying in that area Saturday or Sunday, let me know (PM).

good luck finding a place to party! there is a reason its called Mariott MEDICAL District!!!

95+% of the people staying there have family/friends in the hospital. You are better off going out downtown/river north/west loop and taking a cab back.

You're not that far from Taylor St. there. I used to live south of that area in Pilsen. There's a Bar Louie, Hawkeyes, and a few other places on Taylor St. that would be fun to check out. You can also check out Morgans and a few other bars off of Halstead and Maxwell. Basically you just take Halstead south of Roosevelt and you'll see Morgans on the corner. Juniors is a good place too and it's just down the street. It's not a really hopping area, but those are good bars.
    I won't change direction, and I won't change my mind - E.V.

yeah, we chose to stay there basically due to its proximity to the UC - and we'll have those grieving families rocking out all weekend, don't you worry.
